About the Program

Women's Flag Football at Capture Ü launched in 2025 as one of the first varsity programs in the Great Lakes Athletic Conference. Under Coach Flores, the inaugural squad posted a winning record and electrified fans at Innovator Field. The program is part of the NCAA's expansion of women's flag football, aligning with the sport's inclusion in the 2028 Olympics.

Head Coach

1st season. A pioneer of collegiate flag football who previously coached at the club level and served as an advisor to the NCAA on women's flag football expansion. Former All-American flag football athlete. Built the Innovators' inaugural roster through a national recruiting effort.
